In game rank meanings.

Clarification: These ranks are more detailed on the website as we have the ability to further explain each individual rank. This is for in game.

Recruit: In the trial phase, not a true member of the guild, kind of like an associate. No guild bank privileges.

Basic Member: Just came off recruit status. Has done enough with the guild to do just that, the basics. Is considered a full member but not much else.

Enlisted member: Has been promoted into the enlisted ranks one or more times. This person is starting to show promise within the guild for either his skills in combat, crafting or guild admin such as recruiting. This is also for members who wish to stay just that and have no more authority within the guild but have done well and can get some recognition for their efforts.

NCO: Has been given limited authority on the guild in one area of expertise. IE PvE, PvP, recruiting, web site maintenance etc. Also starts to get better guild bank privileges.

SNCO: This group are the ones we would like to see as officers at some point. They would be tasked with more general guild duties such as forming groups, ensuring people have what they need either gear or quest wise etc. They can also be the top specialists for a given unit. Let's say we grew to a spot where we had multiple Ranked PvP teams, I would envision after the PvP officers had their own, a Staff Non-commissioned Officer would lead the rest. Things like that.

Those are all "enlisted" ranks. Any member of the Kissai can promote as seen fit on the spot. Calithon along with a promotion board has the ability to promote anyone deserving into those ranks as well.

Junior Officer: This is the first level of officers. These are brand new officers and act as assistants to a higher ranked officer.

Senior Officer: These are the more seasoned officers who have a grasp on the way the guild is run and implementation of policy. PvP Leader, PvE leader and the Company Commander are in this group.

Kissai: Lords of the Guild. These are members who rule over a certain area of the guild. As of now we have 4. Oucoa is on an extended LOA. Vaylin who is over all the support section (recruiting, crafting, etc) and Calithon who is over the combat arms (PvP and PvE). Vaylin is also the XO of the guild, Caden as the advisor to me and Dear Leader Emeritus (Guild leader before me) and myself.
